Online he's known as the ultimate hype man. He boldly shares the truth of the Gospel and God's goodness with all whom he meets. He desires for everyone to feel God's transforming love and is willing to walk through the hard, to get to the good.

Ryan believes in the power of Jesus and the purpose of Hopeful Disasters to reach the lost and push back the darkness online.

James is the Co-founder of Hopeful Disasters. He currently serves as the Director of Fight For Freedom, which is HD's men's accountability group.

James engages people in all walks of faith with compassion and the love of Jesus, to see the light of Christ shining through his interactions. He has a huge heart for the lost and loves others with grace and passion.

Nate

Nate is serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors and Director of Marketing.
He is an invaluable partner as he is tech support for the team, handles much of the business side of our ministry and is heading up our marketing for church partners and pushing the ministry forward. Nate has a passion for God's truth and serves within HD so that more people can come to know God and live within His love and peace in this world. ​​​

Director of Discipleship
Doug
Raised.in.Hope
Doug serves as the Director of Discipleship and is our newest leader! Recently retired, he loves discipling new believers and loves people. His greatest desire is to see new believers embrace the incredible love of Jesus in their lives. Doug hosts multiple Bible studies in discord and facilitates "deep dive" conversations into big theological topics. He also runs the foundations of the Faith discussions for new believers. He loves God's Word and knows that it has the power to transform lives!

Abigail serves as our Director of Community Care. She is our first part time staff member! We appreciate her hard work and dedication to spreading the good news of the Gospel!
Her heart is to see everyone grow in their relationship with God and knowledge of Him. She is over all of our volunteers: their growth and support. She leads them well and gives them the resources and guidance they need to care for HD's community well.

Tomi

Tomi is HD's Director of Partnerships. She is responsible for cultivating new relationships for church partnerships, and new digital missionaries within the ministry.
​
Her streams are focused on providing a welcoming and wholesome experience, while welcoming all in with kindness. Known often as "your gospel mom friend", Tomi is a natural at engaging in apologetics and discipling others and uses those gifts to see the unseen and bolster believers in their faith.

JonJon is serving as our community fun leader.
While he is the newest member to the team, JonJon is a long time friend and community supporter. He cares deeply for the people whom we serve and is great at engaging with truth and love. Jon oversees the onboarding and discipleship of our community moderators, whom help care for our more than 450 community members.

Austin is one of our dedicated prayer leaders and he facilitates group prayer over our community. He leads a prayer group focused on discipling others into consistent and deep prayer with God. His streams are a great mix of games, in between discussing topics from a biblical and scientific perspective. This allows him to reach not only believers but seekers.

Kyle's online persona as a bacon loving doggo, has allowed him to minister to many people in all walks of faith.
