HopeCon

We have built an amazing online community, with more than 400 members, through the Hopeful Disasters discord channel and now we want to give everyone the opportunity to meet in person, grow in our friendship and in our faith together!

So, we are filled with joy to be moving forward towards our first annual, in-person gathering for anyone in our community! HopeCon:2024 will be held in the Seattle area on July 19-21. This is a big step of faith and we are getting excited as people from across the country are coming, as well as some from across the world!

HD's desire is to have all who want to attend be able to.  We are raising funds towards scholarships so that there will be a way for all to Be There! 

That's why on April 19th, Hopeful Disasters will be having a fundraising stream where all the proceeds will go towards scholarships to help our community gather and grow. Plus, proceeds raised, up to $2,500, will be matched by the Hopeful Disasters as we desire to image what radical, Jesus driven generosity looks like. Maybe you cannot personally attend the stream, but you may have the means to help someone get to HopeCon, or maybe you want to come see some of your favorite disasters get a pie in the face! Either way, we ask that you pray about if God is asking you to participate in this opportunity of generosity.
