What makes hd different?

Hopeful Disasters leadership is committed to creating a haven within a dark space to be known, grow and experience Gods grace, joy and hope. "We, believers, are now the temple of the living God!" 2 Corinthians 6:16. If we are to be the church and be where the people are, that place is now online!

With our diverse team of streamers and content creators we are able to reach a broader range of people. We deeply value community and aim to walk along side our community members in discipleship as much as we can.

Our Discord is the central place that we minister to the community. We welcome all into our little part of the internet. Having a varying group of believers, and non-believers, has been so valuable to our growth and the communities.

Bible Studies

Multiple Bible studies are currently active. These are engaging, web based studies, that are suited for anyone to participate in.

Game Nights

Weekly we plan a night to play games online with the community members.

Fighting For Freedom

This is a weekly men's accountability group focused on combating fleshly desires.

Streams

HD team streams independently online throughout the week and all together once a month. This provides a space to be a light for Christ and interact with people in all walks.

Prayer Time

Dedicated time is set aside each week to actively pray over our community members and any requests received.

Discipleship

Our Discord community strives to provide a welcoming place where you can ask questions, experience community and grow in your faith.

Community

We know that we were not created to do life alone! It's an honor and privlidge to pray and care for the people we encounter online. For many in the community they have no in person Christian friends. As we grow our community, we desire to be able to help facilitate more in person fellowship opportunities where we can.
